What are the shipping times for your products?

Our delivery times are 3 to 4 days on all products in stock.

Deliveries of special requests and products created on-measures may vary. You will, of course, be notified of the deadlines before finalizing your purchase.


Do you ship anywhere in the world?

Unfortunately not. At the moment, we deliver to metropolitan France and Belgium.


Where do we ship your product from?

Our factory is located in Monthléry, near Paris. All our products are made in our workshop in France. All our suppliers of raw materials are also French. We are proud to say that our products are 100% MADE IN FRANCE


Do you provide product tracking/tracking information?

Yes, you will receive a parcel tracking number after shipping your order.


Some items are missing from my order, what's going on?

Our products are shipped separately according to your order to ensure the quality of their packaging. Sometimes two parcels of the same order are separated during transport. You may receive your two or three parcels with 2 or 3 days of deviations.


I got a damaged item. What can I do?

We are sorry to hear that. Just send us an image of the damaged item in question to the email address: commercial@steelmob.com and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.

Do you have a refund policy?

We do our best to solve any problems our customers may encounter with their online articles. If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, we can of course complete the payment, in case the appeal is made within 30 days of the date of the order and the affected products are not sold.
